Goals
Mazury is an early stage startup working on solving professional reputation & hiring in web3. We are currently working on delivering our first full product to market — a tool for hiring, referring & scouting talent for web3 startups. We want to be the web3 linkedin in and we mean it.
We are a well funded startup with investors who previously invested in Sorare, Radicle, Nansen, Graph Protocol or Axie Infinity.
We just built a fast-moving engineering team, we are launching the full version of our platform in ~2 months and want to build a community of web3 professionals around it.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
first:
- building our communities to ~10k web3 professionals
- developing the strategy for our twitter & discord communities
then:
- be responsible for curating a community of recruiters & web3 talent
- listening closely to the community feedback
- being the “voice” of mazury
- helping us decide on future content/growth/marketing efforts
Requirements
- you’re cool / have main character vibes
- you’re within UTC+0 and UTC+5 timezones. we can still chat if you’re outside that but it’s going to be a tough for us to collaborate if you’re outside
- ideally managed a large (+1000 people) community before or have ideas on how to do it
- you’re excited about exploring new web3 tools for community engagement (nfts etc)
